Working for the a developer, we undertook the groundworks and civil engineering works packages of their new 14 unit housing development in Godalming. This was a project involving complex ground engineering, including a piled foundations, reinforced ground beams, piling caps, beam and block flooring, underground drainage, construction of manholes and SuDS attenuation tank.
